About
You can find out a lot about an organisation from its DNS records. A lot of SaaS services use DNS TXT records to verify domain ownership, or to provide configuration information. These records are usually placed at the root, or "apex", of the domain. This tool helps you find out what services a domain may be using.
It currently looks mainly at TXT records. Later versions may look at other types of records such as MX, CAA, or parse the SPF TXT records.
It uses the Public Suffix List to determine the apex for a given domain.
The original dataset of services was found here.
